Daniel Boone

Ok so I've been researching our Ancestry and wow it's very time consuming!!!!! So my husband's 25th great grandfather is Daniel Boone!!!!!! This is direct blood line! He is also cousins to JFK and Sam Walton(Wal-mart guy) and JP Morgan! Why am I related to George Bush?????? Katherine Hepburn, and Julia child are also 8th cousins! I think somehow we are all related!!!! But we've found a lot of family we never knew about and we've found out stuff we never knew. One of my husbands great great great grandfathers had 5 wives and 19 children!!!!!!! I also had a great great great grandfather who was a doctor and had like 5 wives!!!! And they say our generation is bad??????? It has been so neat!!!! Besides driving my family crazy with all the questions we signed up for Ancestry.com and is is so interesting!!!! You can view old documents telling what each family did and if they could read or write. We saw my husbands Great grandfathers WWI draft card!!!!!! We are related to a lot of famous people but very distant. Kinda funny though to see that your 8th great grandma is also JFK's 8th Great grandma!!! Anyway I'm doing a scrapbook for my Grandma and this is what sparked all my intrest! She had 11 brothers and sisters. Big family. Her mother was a twin. My great grandma on my mom's side was also a twin. Her family had like nine brothers and sisters also. My husbands family also has big families. We've only been going up on the tree. I couldn't imagine tracking all the brothers and sisters and their families and their families!!!!! It's so much fun!!!!!
