My new toy

So no kits this week in the mail so I went to my LSS that I had not been to in ages! It was a zoo. We have this thing called Northeastern Florida Shop Hop. It's where you go around to about 10-15 stores in the area and you get like 4 days to do it and there are discounts and big prizes. It's actually pretty fun, but I'm wanting to take some bigger scrapbook trips this year so I'm not getting involved in that this year. Anyway the store was having a Pre-Party and I just wanted to get out of there. So Ali and I bought this Clip-it-up. I really didn't want it when I first saw people with it, but I thought it would free up some space. So I filled all 80 clips with several items on each clip and I bought extra clips. Not sure if I have room for anything else. They had the upper tier but I thought the thing was crazy money and didn't really need the upper part! It will be nice to have some stuff right there in front of me. I tend to not use stuff cause I forget about it or don't want to dig for it. Although it did free up some space I would need like 20 of these things to really make a dent in all my crap! Yes I said crap! That's how I'm looking at it right now. The whole hobby has me irritated right now. It's just sad that a few people can ruin it for you. That's why I come to my computer less and less lately.

Anyway I did finish a mini album this weekend and made some TH tags. FUN stuff.

Ok I did take Ali to get her hair cut. We just got it cut, but she wanted it short so we got it short. It looks great. She wanted bangs and they make her look so much better. I'll get a pic of her later.

Well I'm looking into going on a scrapbooking cruise to Alaska with TH. Kinda scared to go alone, but oh well! DH said he'll go with me. Hey that might be fun actually. Got to pay our taxes first, ya that's right we owe this year! YUK!!!!!! We knew it though. Somebody screwed up my forms I filled out and they take like no taxes out of my pay. The office I work out of is in California so I guess we were just to lazy to change it. Oh well. No Big deal. We knew so we are prepared.

Anyway say a little prayer for Ali she has FCATS all week. Too much pressure on these kids now-a-days. I never had to take tests where they say IF you do not pass this you will not advance to the next grade! BS! Ok I better go before I get started on the Florida education system!
